Steve is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at 3FORTY3. Steve brings 17 years of executive search leadership and business management experience. Steve has co-founded three companies, been an operator of two and worked for some of the most revered boutique search firms in Silicon Valley. As Managing Partner of 3FORTY3, Steve oversees business operations for the firm and focuses on GTM and Board leadership searches for venture and growth-stage software companies.
Prior to 3FORTY3, Steve was Managing Partner of Vantage Partners and Co-Founder of Benchpick, a privately held internet company seed-funded by Vantage Partners. He also served as VP Sales & Marketing at Fastpencil, a venture-backed SaaS start-up acquired by Courier Corporation (Nasdaq: CRRC). Previously, Steve was a Partner with the Laurel Group, Principal with Howard Fischer and Co-Founder/CEO of Celerity Staffing. Steve was a corporal in the U.S. Army (25th I.D./Ranger).
