SiSi is a Partner at 3FORTY3. She brings over 10 years of experience building teams within high-growth and Fortune 100 enterprise SaaS companies. SiSi is originally from the SF Bay Area and started her career in enterprise SaaS sales and business development, recruiting and scaling GTM teams across the US and Australia. SiSi’s passion for helping technology-led organizations design and build their executive teams is driven by her operational expertise and deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, PaaS, and consumer businesses.
Previously, SiSi was a Principal at Safire Partners, a premier boutique executive search firm, where she focused on GTM and Product leadership searches for venture capital and private equity backed consumer e-commerce / marketplace and enterprise SaaS growth-stage companies. She has led successful sales and marketing teams and served as an advisor to seed and early-stage startups on talent, product and GTM strategy. SiSi earned a B.A. in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She enjoys piloting small airplanes around Southern California with her family.
