Jon is a Partner at 3FORTY3 and brings over 20 years of tech start-up and entrepreneurial expertise to the firm. Having started two companies, raised capital and achieved a successful exit, Jon possesses real world experience that is beneficial for both our clients and candidates. Jon has a deep understanding and passion for analytics, artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, fintech, healthtech, machine learning, and security. Additionally, Jon has been a strategic advisor for 3FORTY3 since the company was started in 2017.
Prior to 3FORTY3, Jon was the Vice President of Strategic Partners at Reputation, managing the entire partner ecosystem for North America. Reputation is the leader in the Online Reputation Management (ORM) space.
Reputation acquired Jon’s company, SIM Partners, in February 2018. Jon was the Founder & CEO at SIM Partners. Jon ran SIM Partners for 12 years and throughout his tenure successfully built multiple technology platforms and teams.
