Issy joins 3FORTY3 with six years of B2B SaaS startup experience and eight years in tech recruiting. After getting her recruiting start at a large software company in Boston, Issy moved into the VC space where she developed a taste for growth-stage companies and the unique challenges of hiring in their sphere. Between her time in venture, and most recently with a boutique search firm, Issy has partnered with some of the fastest growing startups helping them scale their GTM teams. She loves a challenge, creating meaningful partnerships and watching the impact placing the right candidate can have on an org.
Prior to recruiting Issy earned a B.A. from Middlebury College in Vermont, where she also competed as a member of Middlebury’s Division I Ski team.
