With over 15 years of experience building and recruiting world class sales and marketing teams for high-growth B2B technology companies, Drew has seen firsthand how the needs of organizations can change along the journey from Series A through an IPO. He brings a strong understanding across multiple sectors of technology, a true sense of partnership, and a determination to deliver the best possible outcomes to all of his client engagements.
Prior to 3FORTY3, Drew was a top performing GTM leader for companies including Box, Intercom, and Narvar. Most recently he was a Vice President at RevelOne, where he specialized in VP-above GTM searches for both early and growth stage venture-backed companies.
Drew has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, and playing an occasional round of golf.
