Ben’s previous experience includes roles from Director to Senior Vice President at multiple companies during hyper-growth periods, including Amazon and The Honest Company. He started his career as a Naval fighter pilot leading complex operations around the globe for more than a decade. Ben earned a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and holds an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School. He has three children and enjoys competitive sailing, flying, fishing, and Veteran outreach projects.
