Amanda has earned a reputation of precision with candidate targeting, tenacity with engagement, closing searches in record speed, and consistently going the extra mile for her clients and candidates. She’s passionate about helping Founder / CEO’s of market-disrupting B2B technology companies build their go-to-market teams, particularly in the arenas of developer tools, low-code/ no-code, and open source technologies. Her work has resulted in 100+ VP and C Level, GTM placements for companies such as Databricks, Motive, TripActions, Attentive, Bubble, Chronosphere, Rockset, Instabase, Snorkel, Gretel, Portworx, Deepgram, Cresta, and many others.
Prior to 3FORTY3, Amanda was a senior associate with Vantage Partners, a boutique executive search firm for high-growth technology companies. She’s also recruited for companies in the government relations, management consulting, and nonprofit sectors while living and working in Washington DC. Amanda graduated from Taylor University with a BA in Psychology.
